Selective electrolysis, a cold process, applied without immersing the part in a bath, allows the deposition of all common metals and many electrolytic alloys as well as the anodic oxidation of aluminum and light alloys. Thicknesses range from microns to millimeters.
Thermal spray (flame, HVOF, Plasma, Arc Spray) comes next when the thicknesses are greater, or when it involves filler materials that cannot be deposited by electrolysis (stainless steel, molybdenum, ceramic, etc.) or even when the support is not metallic.
uThe projection of Rilsan® Polyamide 11 makes it possible to obtain characteristics such as: resistance to corrosion, abrasion, shock, or even electrical insulation, sliding and food safety qualities.
Technical resins are 2-component ceramic/steel reinforced polymer products that solve many resurfacing, erosion and corrosion, waterproofing, abrasion, anti-slip problems.
