chromium oxide
Chromium oxide is the hardest of all coatings. It is widely used as an anti-wear coating in the automotive, mechanical, chemical, petrochemical, food and beverage industries as well as in the energy industry.

The properties of chromium oxide
The chromium oxide applied by plasma spraying constitutes a coating with remarkable properties of hardness and resistance to wear combined with a chemical inertness of the highest quality.
These excellent properties make it a coating of choice for use in severe applications such as pump bodies, pistons, drilling elements, etc.
